Farmers Mill is New Zealand’s only grower-owned and operated flour producer. Located in Washdyke, Timaru, the mill sources wheat from local farmers and mills it on-site into premium flours and specialty grains. All of the flour is grown and milled in South Canterbury, giving the company complete control over quality and sustainability. Their range includes spray-free, traditional and specialty flours for bakers and home cooks. Farmers Mill supplies supermarkets, bakeries and food manufacturers nationwide.
