New Zealand Organic Meats (NZOM) is an organic meat aggregator and processor based near Tapanui. Founded by Paul Ruddenklau and Neville Parkinson and now led by Quintin and Rebecca Hazlett, the company works with around forty certified-organic beef and lamb farmers to bring grass-fed, chemical-free meat to domestic and export customers. NZOM manages procurement, processing and distribution, supporting farm partners with transparent handling and animal-welfare standards while marketing organic protein to retailers, butchers and foodservice.
