Sue Armstrong and Greg Oliver run Greenhill Farm alongside their children and grandchildren near Bungendore. Their vision is to be sustainable and regenerative across environmental, social, and economic lines. The property hosts a self-sustaining grass-fed Angus herd and a busy market garden. Cattle rotate through roughly fifty paddocks to enhance plant growth and soil ecology, effectively transferring carbon from the atmosphere to the soil. The farm produces a wide range of seasonal vegetables grown in the open and inside greenhouses. All output is certified organic and biodynamic. The team farms to minimize environmental impact while optimizing soil life, biodiversity, and natural ecosystems. As customers will attest, naturally grown veggies taste and keep better.
