Tim Terry harvested Australia’s first black truffle from his Deloraine farm in 1999. The farm is now run by second-generation farmers Henry and Anna, who continue the family tradition of growing premium black truffles.
Visitors can sample and purchase gourmet truffle products, fresh truffles, and fresh farm eggs. The shop also offers decadent fresh truffle ice cream, truffle chocolate, and fresh truffle croissants baked daily on site.
Located at 844 Mole Creek Rd, the farmgate shop is open every day between 10:00am and 4:00pm, with winter hours until 3:00pm. Entry is free and no bookings are required for the shop, though tours are available.
