Cherry Homestead is a small organic farm owned and operated by the Wahlgren family. They moved from Sweden to New Zealand in 2015. The property was formerly a tobacco farm before the family settled on the 17-acre site in February 2020. They are currently growing garlic and pumpkin on a small scale, alongside established fruit varieties like tart cherries, persimmons, blueberries, and grapes.

The farm also offers accommodation for travellers exploring the area, situated between the Kahurangi mountains and the Motueka River. Visitors can view unique handmade art and crafts made from driftwood in the onsite studio located in the old tobacco barn. An online store is available for purchasing their produce and design items.

You can visit the farm at 1684 Motueka River Westbank Road in Motueka. Contact them via email or phone to book accommodation or inquire about their organic produce.
