Luke Tresize and De’Arne Chapman run Golden Hill Farm in Rosedale, north of Bundaberg. They are regenerative farmers who raise cattle, sheep, poultry and pigs.
They sell their meat at local markets after processing it at Biggenden. The couple has purchased an on-farm butcher room to streamline their business and cut costs.
Their goal is to give the local community access to more local beef, pork and lamb by utilising other farms in the region that farm similarly.
