The Georgopoulos family began orcharding in 1986, continuing a legacy that started in 1948 with Zurcas pears. Today, GVIP operates over 1,500 acres of orchard in the Goulburn Valley, predominantly growing pears, apples, and stone fruit.
Customers can access organic Pears and Apples more easily through their certified sector. Organic varieties include Packham, WBC, and Corella Pears, as well as Pink Lady and Granny Smith Apples.
GVIP is an Australian Certified Organic grower and supplier, with strict auditing completed on a yearly basis from the ACO. They believe in looking after and respecting the land so it remains a safe, healthy and sustainable source of food for the future.
