Co-founders Paul and Jacqui Righetti are 4th generation custodians of their farm in Yandoit, near Daylesford, in Victoria. Honest Eggs Co. was born out of a school project by their daughter.
The chooks roam fresh pasture with less than 30 birds per hectare. They eat a natural diet of insects and grains. This method is part of a permaculture design that regenerates the land while improving animal welfare standards.
