Waltanna Farms is a fifth-generation family farm located at the foothills of the Grampians in South-West Victoria. The Nagorcka family has farmed the land for over 150 years, growing flaxseed since 1946 using chemical-free, paddock-to-plate practices.
The farm produces nutrient-dense flaxseed products including cold-pressed oil, ground meal, flour, and gluten-free baking mixes. They also grow organic chickpeas, mustard, wheat, and oats, all packed on-site to ensure quality from the paddock to your plate.
