Bruce and Clare Jackson run York Town Organics, a certified organic farm. Their desire for self-sufficiency and environmental preservation led to a focus on quality organic baby vegetables, salad leaves, herbs and berries.
The farm produces a wide range of produce including micro salad, baby leaves, herbs and root crops. They supply restaurants and retail outlets throughout Tasmania.
You can visit their farm gate shop Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. The farm is located at 120 Bowens Road, York Town.
