The Ashburton Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm at the north end of the West Street Carpark, on State Highway 1 through the town.
Regular stalls sell free range chicken and duck eggs, freshly dug potatoes, summer fruit and vegetables, honey, bread, sausages and flowers. In winter some craft stalls join the market stallholders.
