Since 2012, Harvest Market has grown into a pillar of the Launceston community. It transforms the carpark at 71 Cimitiere Street into a marketplace for Tasmanian produce.
Stallholders include growers and makers offering items like pasture-raised lamb, biodynamic herbs, and certified organic vegetables. You can find everything from fresh berries to artisan breads and local meats.
The market runs every Saturday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm.
