The Nelson Market has been blessed with several long term growers offering fresh, locally grown produce to Nelsonians and visitors for decades. It is located in Montgomery Square in the heart of Nelson City.
Stallholders include the Cullen family, who have been selling locally grown produce for over 30 years, and Stephen Morris, supplying farm fresh produce since 2002. The market also includes organic growers including ‘Grown In Hope’ and the Hari Krishna organic stall.
Open every Saturday from 8am to 1pm, rain or shine. You can find winter vegetables, specialty tomatoes, strawberries, and other fruits.
