Cazador is a family-owned Auckland institution that has been quietly shaping the city’s food culture since 1987. Built around deep relationships with New Zealand hunters, fishers, and small-scale farmers, the kitchen focuses on wild and sustainably raised ingredients that reflect the seasons and the landscape they come from.
