Farmgate to Plate began in 2012 when Nathan and Kate purchased a farm in Crookwell to begin their journey into wagyu farming. They started by selling beef and lamb cuts at Sutherland farmers’ markets before purchasing a butcher shop in Miranda to bring produce directly to customers.
