The Harris family has farmed in the Cheviot region of North Canterbury since 1956. The business supplies meat to restaurants, bakeries and butchers, and sells to local customers through its longstanding butcher shop in Cheviot.
The range includes grass-fed New Zealand beef, lamb, venison, bacon, sausages, burgers and mince. Organic beef is offered as a separate range, with diced beef, fillet, mince, ribeye, rump and sirloin listed in the shop.
