Honey by Wrights is a family-owned business based in Ettrick, Central Otago. Over the last 15 years, they have grown their operation from 180 hives to a 1500 hive operation.
Their honey is produced in the Central Otago High Country Onslow area, 2000 feet above sea level. They produce natural honey with no blending, filtering or heat needed. The range includes Manuka, Clover, Rata, Kamahi, Thyme, Dandelion, Honeydew, and Blackberry honey, as well as beeswax candles and energy gels.
Visit their roadside shop at 5110 Roxburgh-Ettrick Road, Ettrick. It is open all the time and accepts EFTPOS for easy payments. You can also order online for delivery New Zealand wide.
