Craig Rutland took over the lodge in 2010, transforming it into a family-run hospitality spot with organic gardens. The team grows vegetables, fruits, and herbs organically in a permaculture style, using them for meals and homemade preserves.
Visitors can buy jams, chutneys, relishes, pickles, sauces, and fresh produce on-site at the restaurant or online.
