NZ Alpine Lavender’s seasonal farm shop is at 657 Mount Cook Road, Ben Ohau, near Lake Pukaki. The farm grows lavender cultivars including Pacific Blue and Avice Hill, with mountain views across the Mackenzie country.
Visitors can try fresh lavender ice cream in flavours including Lavender Honeycomb, Lavender Vanilla, Lavender Blueberry, Lavender Mix Berry, Lavender Chocolate and Lavender Mango. The gift shop sells lavender-based products such as oils, soaps and fragrances. Products can also be ordered from the online shop.
The announced 2026-27 season runs from 15 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. Opening hours change through the season, and the farm is closed on Christmas Day. An entrance fee applies during the blooming season. Check the visit page before travelling, as adverse weather can affect opening.
