Windarra Honey is a small family beekeeping business in West Swan. Phil Sammut has kept bees for more than 40 years, and the bees gather nectar from the bush and forests of Western Australia.
The farm gate shop sells unheated liquid and creamed honey, with Blackbutt, Jarrah, Mallee and Spring among the varieties. Visitors can taste the range and ask about using and storing honey.
The shop is at 5 George Street, West Swan, and opens every day from 9am to 5:30pm. On public holidays, phone or check the website first.
