Lara Hayes started A Bit Dressy in 2020 after returning to New Zealand, driven by a gap in the market for premium dressings with healthy seed oils.
The range includes items like Chicken, Veggie and Barley Soup and Keto Spicy Thai Chicken Soup. Ingredients are sourced locally, including spray-free watercress and zucchini from Matakana Chillies, and beets and kale from Salt River Farms. Meat marrow bones and chicken frames come from Monaghans food service and Matakana Butchery.
You can find Lara weekly at the Matakana Village Farmers’ Market on Saturdays. Products are also available for nationwide overnight delivery via their online shop. Packaging is planet-friendly, using glass jars that customers can return for a refund.
